Art, design, fabrication, and installation aren't separate conversations at Spolar Studio. Our experience with materials and making shapes how we design. We understand what materials can do, how things come together, and where there's room to try something new.
Concept Development + Design
We imagine what it could be.
We start with the story, the space, and what the project needs to accomplish. From there, we develop the creative direction through concepts, drawings, and renderings that make the idea tangible before it’s built.

Working hands-on with materials gives us a deeper understanding of what they can do. We experiment, combine processes, and look beyond the obvious application to find opportunities in the material itself.
